I love everything about my 2001 f250 Lariat 7.3L Powerstroke. It has an 8" lift and Toyo 38" tires with 127K miles. It's a definite head turner out here in Rapid City. I think I have the biggest truck on base too. This is my second diesel and after this Powerstroke I will never go gas again. The power is incredible and eventually down the road I would like to do some more mods. Won't be anytime soon as the military doesn't pay all that well. It's a work in progress. Go Ford...Go America!!! heck yeah!!!

I have a custom 2007 F-350 Super Duty King Ranch with buckets in the front AND back. It has an 8" skyjacker suspension lift with 20" rims and 37X 13.50X20 Toyo tires. I recently put a chrome Rock Star grill in it. Although it's an '07, the 6.0 engine was replaced with the awesome 7.3 liter engine. I wouldn't trade my truck for anything in the world!

Hauls and tows anything you want it to do. 6.0 gets around 21 mpg highway, and gets same mpg with 10,000 trailer load. All my buddies even say it is a chick magnet, not sure about that yet. I'd have to say that I will not own another large vehicle without a diesel engine. Cannot complain one bit my 7.3 was a good truck but I really like my 6.0 the 7.3 was a mule and after hearing all the bad reviews on the 6.0 I was nervous but after putting it to the test pulling travel my trailer is it really one good engine as long as leave programmers out of them mine is all stock the only mod is going to be a Banks exhaust system. I have to say the Super Duty is Built Ford Tough.

It's a 1997 F-350 with 123,000 miles. The power stroke is the best work truck ever, but you need to do the maintenance and it will last forever. I really like the '97 body style and it took a long time to find one in great shape on the outside, as well as on the inside. The 7.3L Diesel is "bullet proof". Plus, FORD is the BEST -- no bailout here!!!

I bought this truck in 2006 with 210k miles, it's been the best truck I could ever ask for now with 280k miles on it, it still runs like new! It's the old body with the AWESOME 7.3L with a 5 speed couldn't ask for more. Use it a lot on the farm pulling cattle and firing up the tractors on a cold morning and pulling grain carts. Ford couldn't have built that truck any better than what it is, I love Powerstrokes and it's my engine of choice for anything!

It has done the job for over 10 years. Have only changed one water pump, one alternator, and 1 crank sender, other then maintenance parts.Never a problem in 333,013 MILES. Can't wait for the new Ford Diesel truck. Thanks Ford for the great truck!!!!

I drive on adverage 100 miles a day, wheater it be in extreme heat or pouring snow, my 7.3 gets me where its going, this truck is extremly reliable, it is a 2000 F-250 4x4 6 spd.

I about 6 months ago. I live here in Utah and it doesnt care for the cold much but all else is good. I love how I can jump in my truck and go pull my 40' fifth wheel travel trailer and go anywhere, or just take a leasurely cruise up the canyon.

Not only is my excursion my wifes daily driver, but my daughter plays on a traveling soccer team , so we put many miles on every weekend traveling up and down all over California, not only can my power stroke Excursion tow any trailer I want , I can also haul half the soccer team, and our weekends worth of groceries!!!

My 97 is a used daily to pull different equipment. Anything from a 20ft horse trialer to a flatbed trailer. It is dependable with no problems with 280,000 miles on it. This is the first disel I have owned and I am greatly satisfied. It has a 3 stage superchip, straight piped, and a 6" chrome tip. I would not trade this truck for anything.

I have a 1995 7.3 I bought it when I was 17 and love the truck. I will be a 7.3 owner for the rest of my life. I have added an intercooler, custom tuning, stage 1 injectors,guages, etc. I use the truck as an everyday driver and sled pull on the weekends. I have big plans for the truck as time and money allow.

Best vehicle I have ever owned bought new in 2000. Trucks ten years old and still runs like a new champ. Minor after market mods to increase power and performance. Best thing is it's only had one thing replaced since new a water pump after 150,000 miles. Another very pleased Power Stroke owner can't wait to test drive the new 6.7l

its a Power horse great pulling truck hauls anything I want to its got over 216000 miles now and still going strong I have hauled a 12000 pound tractor and a 26000 pound tractor before hauled the 12000 pound tractor to Colorado and back on a gooseneck trailer and the 26000 pound tractor about 13 miles its hauled everything I wanted to haul its a great truck in the mud and snow as well I would own anther one this is my second powerstroke diesel the first one was a 1995 F250 and the one I have now is a 2005 F350 very happy with the truck

This 2002 supercrew F-250 7.3L is my daily driver. It lends itself to all kinds of tuning possibilities. As an engineer by profession, I have taken interest in achieving maximum fuel efficiency. To date the truck has exceeded 26 mpg under very disciplined driving conditions with some simple tuning. The 7.3L is a strong engine and for the shear size and versatility of this truck, it just "Rocks". What a great design both in looks, function and capability.

I have a 2000 Ford F250 single cab and i love it. I have had it for a year now, it has 169,000 miles theres not one thing wrong with it. It had a bench seat but i got offered some bucket seat for free so it has bucket seats now. It's a six speed, will run about 90-95. I want to put a black stipe across the bottom. Heres a list of what i would like to do to it: put a straight pipe on, build a flatbed for it, put a full front bumper replacement on it, and a lot more.

its halls a** i can tow a 10 foot dump trailer full of sand and it makes it up are steap driveway. i just got it from my dad he passed it down to me. its a 1999 Ford F-250 powerstoke diesel and i love it. we had no problems with it except for ball and sleaves. haha i love this truck.

This is my second Ford diesel. My first one was a 93 IDI and i loved it and when i got the chance to get my hands on the superduty i jumped on it. Ford made the 7.3 up until late 03 and my truck was made 5/03 so i feel lucky that i have one of the last ones that rolled off the line.
I use the truck for everything from towing loads around the farm to a daily driver to a play toy. I could not be happier with the truck. I have added Ranch Hand bumpers front and rear, B&W Gooseneck Hitch, Train Horns w/ a 5 Gal air tank and a 100% duty cycle compressor, 4 gauges on the pillar (air pressure for tank, boost, pyro, trans) and a 08 center console. My list of things to do is pretty long and it will take me a few years to get the truck exactly how i want it.

I've owned a 2002 crew cab 7.3L for about four years now, has been a great truck. I just recently bought this 1999 2wd from a Goodyear Tire store and have spent the last year transforming it from a XL Model work truck, to a fun little 600hp street truck and drag racer. I am employed by a Ford Dealer. Since the 1999 model Superduty truck series came out I always wanted one. It took me until 2001 to see the need of replacing my 1992 F150 that had served me well. I purchased this 2000 F350 from my employer with approx 40k miles on it. Today it has 230k miles on it and it has worked hard doing many tasks like you see it here in this photo. My truck gets the best of everything and I expect it to last another 200k minimum. Thanks to Ford and Blue Diamond for building a great engine and truck.

the fact it can drive over snow piles the fact that it is a heavy built truck it can haul a farm tractor 1086 international or a 4640 John Deere with a scoop bucket on but I failed to get pictures of that will though the all around power you get from the powerstroke this is my second powerstroke and I just loved the first one which was a 1995 F250 then went without a truck until 2005 then I bought my F350 FX4 and now I love this truck as much as the first one even more I use the truck everyday and I drive it everyday it now has 151532 miles on it today and it is one tough truck and I have owned this truck since April 12 2005

I bought this truck brand new and have been in love with it ever since then. I love that fact that it has so much power and torque and can handle anything I throw at it. I use to haul cars with it, but now its my glorified shop truck. I have done alot of modifications to both the engine and overall appearance. The 6.0 is putting out over 400 rwhp and close to 800 ft. lbs. of torque and it continues to amaze me everyday. I love my powerstroke diesel. I love the horsepower and and sound of the turbo! This is my first diesel and I have done work to it and have currently got it to 400 h.p.
